The site chosen for the project is the land known as ' Karabag Olive Grove', which lies on the gentle slopes of the main road into Kalkan. Olivia villas is planned to include its own commercial services,but for further requirements the centre of the town is only five minutes walk, and the main beach and marina only 15 minutes. For those not keen on walking, the local bus terminal is a brief stroll from these villas. Kalkan villas is a highly prestigious new development,close to the centre of Kalkan,and its large plots, stunning views and ideal location make it unique.

There will be built 19 detached villas each with a private swimmingpool around 30 M2.

From this type of villas (Type A 4) ,there are 4 villas available, each have a plot of 617 M2 and 253 M2 living area over 2 levels and a penthouse (optional a basement).

Type A 4 : The ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen-living/dining area directly leading out onto the swimmingpool and patio. The kitchen has direct access to a large western veranda. An en suite guest room and wc make up the east wing. The first floor contains a very spacious master bedroom, with a private bathroom, dressing area and balcony, and a further en suite double bedroom with a small balcony. The penthouse contains a further en suite double bedroom, as well as a terrace with a kitchenette. For the optional basement floor, two alternative space arrangements can be provided. In addition to the large hobby room space, another en suite bedroom can be provided with east-facing windows.
